I had to start back on my lyrica for my migraine headaches because my migraines started back up with a vengence. It's a miracle, but the medication is the only thing that helps the pain. I'm doing fine now. I went off of the med because we thought it was causing me to gain water weight. Hopefully, I don't start swelling again. Maybe a lower dose is the answer??

Well, my sick puppy looks like he has lost a little weight which is good because he needed to. He seems to be more satisfied with the new food. He still is chewing on his feet, but it's only been about 4-6 weeks since I changed everything. I'll give it a few more weeks then take him back to the vet if needed. The food I have him on is grain free and has no chicken in it--It's salmon--WOW does it stink!! I was reading that sometimes boxers have trouble with a low thyroid level that causes them to itch. Makes me wonder if this could be it??

I'm supposed to go to the surgeon's office tomorrow, but I had to cancel due to so much going on at work. I'm hoping to get into see him in October sometime for the blood work. My primary doctor drew blood the last time I saw him and everything looked good except I was a little low on my iron so I now take iron.

I think I've been obscessing over the scale, so I plan to stay off of it more.
254.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 104.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Consider treximet for migraines, if the lyrica isn't working for you any more. It does wonders for me. I have decent insurance but the copay is still expensive, but so worth it.
