DLAndrews's Journal, 27 February 2009

According to the new scale I gained .8 pounds. When I was admitted to the hospital, I weighed 207 and yesterday I weighed 203 on my other scale. They have me on steroids for another 6 days, so would that have anything to do with it or is it just because of the new scales. I know no one really knows, but let me know what you think.
They had me on a low salt, low cholesterol diet in the hospital, but they didn't say anything about when I came home, other than to limit my salt. The nurse said I could used the light salt, but not to go overboard.
I'M RAMBLING!! Sorry.
Well....I'll just deal with this and go on.
208.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just catching up... I'm so sorry to hear about your trip to the hospital! That must have been so scary with your BP so high! With the hospital visit (including diet change) and new scale, I'd wait awhile to worry about the weight fluctuations.

I absolutely agree with amryk. Take it easy on yourself for a few days as you must be under enough stress. Then you can pick up the momentum again.
