Good week. No bumps in my work schedule, which allowed me to stay focused.

I cut down to two cardio days this week (an hour on each one of those days) - making sure that one of those cardio days falls on the eve of my weigh in.

A new routine I started this week that I will keep up is cutting down my calorie consumption on the day prior to the weigh in. It's a hell of a moral boost!

This week I have 17% body fat(34.7 Pounds of fat and 169.3 Pounds of lean).
203.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
