I am now officially at my heaviest weight ever, and this rediculousness has got to STOP! I feel depressed every time I put on a pair of my jeans. So, here we go New Year. Short term goal will be to lose 10% of my body weight, or 25 pounds. I resolve to put my treadmill to work at least 3 times per week for at least 1/2 hour. I will limit my fat grams to 30/day and my calories to 1,500. We'll start with that and see how it goes!
224.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hey I started last wednesday doing samething u doing I havent walk n the treadmill yet bc I danced n new years a lot and my body was in pain too I will start to walk tomorrow! Is all abt will power! and remember u can do it! u luck! ;)

good luck. we are at about the same weight. my first goal is 10% too, at around 200. then i'd like to be 170 and eventually 155 just like you! we can do it! i am also limiting my calories to around 1500-1600 as well!!

Thanks ladies! And good luck to you both! That first 30 minutes on the treadmill last night felt like it took FOREVER! Hope that gets easier!
