Like normal did the 7 day cleanse (this time added regulate) and it made me gain :( 5 lbs to be exact. Part of it may be I'm still not back to my gallon of h2o a day.

Yesterday I started insane ampd. A bit worried because last time I gained weight on it but hopeful being 40lbs-ish lighter will make it a different experience. Gotta remember to eat every 4 hrs again which is tough AND gotta watch my doughy breads again for if they are gonna constipated me. The big hurdle is getting back to a gallon of h2o by 6. Not sure when I fell off the wagon with that but it's been harder to get back on than I thought!! Also drinking soda again and need to cut it out...the health stuff and associated morning fatigue is making it really really tough though!!!
205.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you first start an exercise program, your muscles may retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or small than usual loss. It will go away as your muscles get used to the new exercise. Don't let a gain on the scale (temporary) stop you from exercise. Exercise burns calories, helps you lose fat so you go down in sizes quicker, makes you look better without clothes, keeps your heart healthy, and builds muscle (which in turn burns more calories). Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations.
