the last quarter of 2010 has seen many changes for me. physically, mentally, and spiritually. please don't get it wrong, i'm not trying to "push" my faith on anyone. i started "dieting" for 3 in Oct 2010. i started watching how much i ate not what i ate after speaking with my doctor. i have been sticking to the serving size not how much i wanted and have basically been calorie counting. My starting weight in Oct 2010 averaged between 260-265 lbs. my weight today is 224 lbs. my goal is 170 lbs. is losing weight tough? yes! but i know I CAN DO IT. i have come this far and don't plan to turn back. so, to all of you out there, it's tough, i know. i'm on the same trip as you, but don't quit! don't give up! even when others don't believe in or support you, keep pushing forward. it's your life. you being here, doing this, is your testament. a moment of change in your life. i believe in you but more importantly god believes in you
