Not too bad, since it was County Fair week and went to Indians baseball game this week. Had some extra carbs, but could have been a lot worse! Back at it! DH has loss 18#!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
