I went to a party and just lost control. There wasn't any salad or something that would have helped me stick to my fast day. Ate all of the wrong things. Saturday was not any better. I'm up 2 lbs. I know processed foods are not good for me. I know how my body reacts to them. The struggle continues. My job is very physical but I know I need to incorporate some form of deliberate exercise.
Looking back at the last two days the weight gain is no mystery.
158.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
