Yesterday my sister invited me out to a bar to watch the Baltimore Ravens, since the game wasn't on tv. Enjoyed hot wings. As spicy as they were going in is as spicy as they are coming out! LOL
That, the cocktails & lack of exercise I blame on my slight gain today, but I'm back on the Yoli track today!
