Have been consistent with aerobic exercise

I should probably restart weight training because I'm worried this might also be muscle loss

waist measurement over navel: 79.8 cm
127.6 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
