Went way off my diet this week, I let my emotions (frustrations, anger, etc...) control what & how I ate. Time to get them back in check & start this week off fresh & new!
160.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
