I have changed my goal weight to 120 lbs. I wore a pretty dress for New Year's Eve. Lots of compliments. Now I want it to zip more easily.
I wish I had been counting calories much earlier in my life. Better late than never tho.
136.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
