Weighed in at 8:55. Doug made white chocolate macadamia nut cookies yesterday...ate too many. ;) After-dinner trip to the gym.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
