Day 4
The weight increase today is misleading, because yesterday I had two full packs of Remi Goddess extensions put in, so trust me- that increase is a head of hair that I didn't have before!
I followed my diet very well yesterday, I almost slipped up due to pressure again, but I recovered. I need to log the changes that happened last night that I didn't account for, but I think caloricly I ended up in the black, though I'm sure my nutrition lost out a bit.
Part of this plan is to feel better about myself, and I got the hair extensions put in for that reason. Everyone at work thinks I'm nuts anyway! Hahahaha...
I also did not drink enough water yesterday, but I am going to try to do better today. I need to wrap up these projects here at work so this is short, but I am on course- 125 here I come!
