I hate when I write a journal and then it disappears. Anyway basically I said:

I'm on day 3 of P90X and everything is going well. It has a meal plan which is a lot of protein for the first month and it's sometimes a struggle for me to eat everything. The chicken salad recipe is my favorite so far, it was delicious yesterday!

The workouts are tough, but I'm making it through them and I'm incredibly sore, but I know that means it's working! I'm proud of Greg for doing them too and only complaining a little when I got him up at 5:30 yesterday morning to do one. :)

I'm down 2 lbs from where I started P90X on Wednesday and Greg's lost about a lb.

Can't wait until 30 days because that's when the first "after" picture is taken!

Neat, some of my classmates at school were just talking about this program. I look forward to hearing more about your progress with it.

I have done the first phase before and I love the workouts and hate them at the same time! I love how they make you sore and feel stronger but they are hard.

You sound very well Alaina, I hope that new diet works well for you (chicken salad sounds great to me). I have my touchpad set so that tapping on the upper right corner gives the browser the back command, so sometimes my posts disappear quite often (I hit that area by mistake). Maybe something like that is happening to you.
