24.1% Body fat. Ran this morning. Calorie readout said 184, a slight increase over Wednesday's. Tried HIIT instead, and was WAY more winded. I need to figure out a way to program the treadmill so I can concentrate on my running.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
