Just as I thought. A combination of alcohol, eggnog, mac & cheese, stuffing, cranberry sauce, candied yams and dinner rolls over the holiday without exercise made me gain 4 pounds. But im not mad. Im back running and eating right starting today and im going to melt it right back off. Good thing christmas only comes once a year. Lol
199.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
