Day 2:

Well, yesterday went fairly well. I ended up tanking it at the end of the night by eating 4 1/2 of my own homeade sugar cookies.

Damn! lol

I need to go through my fridge and throw out anything that I know I shouldn't be eating. I DID, however; manage to get down an entire gallon of zero calorie fluids yesterday.

I took the OEP at 11:30 yesterday, but I still am having trouble sleeping. I plan on starting a new fibro homeopathic regimen on Thursday that will include more magnesium and malic acid, as well as 5HTP. I don't want to do too many new things at once because then I won't be able to isolate which variables are helping.

BF said yesterday, "You've never complained this much about your fibro". I don't know if that means I'm complaining more than usual or if that means that it's obvious that it's bothering me more than ever. I know it's crazy, but with all of the crap going on in my life, I really need to at least be in control of what I put in my body. I can't let everything just fall apart because I'm stressed out, fatigued, and in pain.

Today's a new day, and I'm going to do great! I'm sitting at my desk on my yoga ball and I brought in my running shoes. No promises that I'm going out today at lunch- it's just too darn cold. But- here's a vow that any day it is over 65 I will be walking on my lunch break. That might not sound like a big deal, but this is Florida and MOST days of the year are over 65. I've got everything planned out today except dinner, which I'll be scoping the web for low cal (hopefully more inexpensive) recipees in my free time today.
