23.5% body fat. Almost didn't run this morning for various reasons (none of which were motivation-based), but was able to pull it off in the end. Ran 20 minutes as described in BFL.
144.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
