Well, I haven't been logging my intake of food or exercise, but I have been consciously trying to keep a healthy diet and to exercise. The holidays are hard for everyone. My goal is to get back on track this week, although I will not be overly strict this week. But do plan on resuming a low calorie diet after the first. I do have a fun New Year's party to attend, but that's only one night of drinking and eating. I would like to take off 8 pounds by the end of January, which is a reasonable goal imho.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
