Jesus. I went back home to see family in Italy for 2 weeks and this happened. I went weighing 146lbs and came back weighing 159. Feel like crap, I always limit my carbs but every meal I went to revolved around carbs, I was eating a stupid amount of carbs 3 times a day every day. I could tell by the last day that the clothes I had bought with me no longer fit properly. Devastated. Took me so long to lose those last few lbs and I was so close to my goal and I've undone so much of my good work.

I hope some of this is water, I've now cut out carbs for the next 2 weeks let's see if that makes an improvement. Never going back again!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Really good Italian food will do that. Just keep working at it; the lbs will come off.
