In the past I would've assumed certain foods were off the chart in calories and been really upset that I ate them. now I can see that having a small portion of something "bad" doesn't mean that I have ruined my calorie count for the day. I don't feel like I'm cheating or suffering this holiday.

It has really helped me stay positive and stay focused. Thanks fat secret.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
