Well, it's the big day. I've made it so far. Done very well. Not over-indulged. Enjoyed myself.

I wish all who read this the best for the holiday season and the coming year.
262.4 lb Lost so far: 74.6 lb.    Still to go: 94.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
