I am real happy with my 1.6 pounds lost this week...it really is getting easier..to watch what i am eating and the working out 45 mins a day and riding my bike for 1 hour 12 to 14 miles a day....
165.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 1.6 lb a week

Great job on the working out! I find that definatly helps along with the eating in your point range. ( of course) It seems easy...just do it and you'll lose weight. Why is it so hard for me then? :)
