oops. well, exercising today and tomorrow bc staying at HyattPlace. starting cycle today or tomorrow too. (water retention). it will be gone soon and will continue my progress.
195.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
