Lost 3 more pounds! Calorie count, exercise, vitamins/supplements, and meditation still working really well together. Started increasing my calorie intake about a week ago. My caloric intake was around 1200-1600 cals per day, but I want to slowly move up to 2200-2600 cals per day to move toward other fitness goals like using heavier weights in my exercise routine. I'm increasing my daily caloric intake by 75 calories each week over an 8 week period which is slow enough for my body (i.e. week 1 = 1275/1675 daily cals, week 2 = 1350/1750 daily cals, and so on). Will see how it works for me! :D :D :D

Feeling so grateful for LIFE! (And today's Labor Day Holiday too Lol.)
