I am still here. Just been a busy week. I exercised today for 30 minutes and am looking forward to finally hitting those 340s very very soon! No pressure.
354.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 174.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad to see you here!! Good on you for the exercise. I got mine in today to..only it was with the physical therapist. At least I got some exercise! Hope you have a wonderful day today LG!! Keep up the good work and get to those 340!!!

Yes I am trying HARD to get there. Just get side tracked or mess up. But quitting is not an option so I refocus and get back at it. 354 as of this morning so hopefully soon.

Thats all you can do, is get right back to it!! I know what you mean, because quitting is not an option for me either!!! I haven't weighed 266 for quite some time and I'm thrilled to be there again! I'm just passing through though!!! Keep it up!! I'm right here beside you!!
