Had a cheat day last weekend and it stayed with me the whole week, I had a hard time with cravings this week. So I'm up 3 lbs, time to regain the focus and measure my food intake, getting back to basics is what it's about this week.
203.4 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
