Still eating the same, maybe a BIT more calories (now that I'm off work...no routine), and probably more cheese than I should be eating, but I don't think that explains my gain. My carbs are around 35 per day and my cals under 2000. Essentially I'm back to where I was a month ago. Grrr! I guess I need to get exercising or drop my cals again.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
