Hello "Normal BMI"! Nice to finally see you again after years of being away!! Rewarded myself by buying a sweater dress (that was on sale). Hope to wear it to the low-key New Year's party I'll be going to!
145.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
