*not an actual weigh-in*

I had another bad diet day. This was the first time since i began 4+ months ago that i didn't attempt to count the calories, it was just too much work. If i get bored later i may go back. . .

I did the usual ICU snacking, but i was ok on calorie count. I wasn't hungry and was scheduled to be off work in an hour. And then a co-worker asked to go to lunch after work. It was the only time that would work, so i agreed. And it was buffet. I was hungry by the time i got there, but it was probably from exhaustion and not true hunger.

I'm trying to figure out why I'm struggling this week. I've noticed that I'm suddenly missing items on my food diary and I'll remember it a few days later. I wonder how many things I've completely forgotten? I must record EVERY item eaten, before i eat it!

On another note, i also need to exercise, but between the weather and my sore foot, it's very difficult.

177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
