I'm almost at the magical 170 pound mark. I think I'll have approximately 6 lbs to loose after this. I'll reset my weight goal when I am below 170 lbs.

Look better than my picture now because I can control how lean I look by the amount of carbs vs protein I eat over a week's time. I'm a lot smarter about nutrition this time around! When I was in shape before the emphasis was on working out vs. diet.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
