After being stuck at the same weight for a week, which is as frustrating as it is possible to be, the numbers finally came down! That's a relief.
264.2 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 96.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job! It's actually normal for your body to stay the same for a week before dropping. We all lose at different rates and times.
