boo....last weekend was bad and I think I have had the pms binging and water retention going on. I'm re-focused though and like the idea of 10 lbs gone by st.patricks day. I think that should be attainable as long as I really work on the food part. workouts have been going fine and I may switch things up a bit to confuse the muscles.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
