back up! :( I could just sheet, I've been such a bass about even trying. This is actually 3.4 lbs lower than my recent high from last week. :( 211 your coming back to me.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
