I'm recording my weigh in today, since I might be too busy tomorrow to record it. I will PROBABLY make another weigh in tomorrow... but just in case. ;)

So, it seems like my body only likes to put off weight 1 week out of every month. Kind of annoying, but at least it's a LOT of weight when it lets go of it. Haha.

Or it could just be the fact that I have really been working my ass off this week. Gym every day. 100% on food. Unless you really want to count a McDumpster french fry that I stole from my dad... I started doing more high intensity interval training for my cardio and I wonder if that is what's helping so much. Maybe. I am just REALLY hoping that I don't undo all of this hard work next weekend in Vegas... eek! I've already made the decision to pack some fruits and nuts and stuff for snacking/breakfasts. My boyfriend never eats breakfast, so I'm not sure if we will much while we're there. So I will have that stuff just in case. I still need to check to see if the MGM has a fitness center I'll be able to use...

I'm feeling great. Of course, who doesn't feel great when they SEE results from all their hard work?
144.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

WHAT!?! A french fry?! Drop and give me twenty! LOL You've been doing great this week, and the scale is showing it. Keep up the high intensity today and you'll be set.

Just an FYI... MGM DOES have a fitness center. You just have to pay $10 a day M-Th to use it. And $15 Fri, Sat, Sun. Ha. I will just bring my jump rope and resistance bands.

Wha? You have to pay to use their gym? The one in the hotel... that you're ALREADY PAYING FOR!?! I call shenanigans.

I was looking at Vegas hotel prices, and they have gone DOWN! Good time to go right now! Congrats on the weight loss! Stick to salads and protein in Vegas!

Hehe thanks Deb. Yeah, paying extra for gym in a hotel I'm already paying quite a bit for? Ridiculous.
