My back is finally starting to feel better so I think I will go ahead and set up appts with my personal trainer to get back in and workout with him. I am going to have to re-read whyguy's blog on set points I think I'm at one I can't seem to get below 248.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
