Ah ... back at work today ... who would have ever thought I would have looked forward to work!! Scale down a tad as well which is always nice. Must catch up ... three days out of the office feels like a long time.
224.6 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
