7.9 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

My inaccurate waist measuring (over navel): 79.9 cm

Lately I have been able to start logging food early in the day, just not finishing it...
129.4 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
