Oh my goodness - 3 lbs fell off in only 2 days. I diligently followed the Carb Lovers eating plan - other than adding one small pear and half an apple (that my son started and didn't finish). Did Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred Level 3 workout this morning. Sadly, I'm already a little hungry. Maybe I should add a small piece of fruit or a few almonds as a morning snack...
121.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
