it's said that food journals not only help you realize what you eat, your habits, and your allergies, but it also help you lose weight consciously. so here i am with my journals from now on.

breakfast:
1 slice mozzeralla cheese & 1 egg 150
(cheating) 0 fat yogurt pudding 70

lunch:
mommy's cooking! 500
it was SO good!
no carbs for me, good job!

snack:
iron eggs: 85

dinner:
mommy's cooking! i would say i had less than lunch... so 350-400?

total: approx. 1200
exercise: none
105.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
