Fuck!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

HaHaHa.... I feel your pain... I left 10 days ago and came back 7lbs heavier... Nik and I are doing the two week Adkins induction phase by the book then I'll be back using this puppy to keep me around 2100-2200 calories per day.. Hey i do have one question when you did the induction phase did you drink Scotch or no??

I stayed on induction for three weeks before having a scotch. May have slowed weight loss but made me a much happier camper.

Body burns alcohol first if it's available, so like Joehi mentioned, it can slow you down, but you need some comfort from time to time.
