9.0 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)


my inaccurate waist measure (over navel): 79.3 cm

I've been very lazy to count calories. Let's see if I can do it today lol
129.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
