okay it's been so long and I've really just been lazy and not really caring. I have to stop making excuses and just do it for me. You know what I mean? I really want to look and feel better about myself.

I cut off my hair over the weekend I know to some it's not short but to me it is. I like it though, I just need to change something about myself. I think I was trying to gain some control over something since I keep losing control over my weight. I have to get back on the ball and start living right and feeling good.

I'm most likely going to be starting a job soon as a teacher-aid at a pre-school my daughter will be attending. Running after 16-18 2 and 3 year olds should make me get up off my butt. lol

I promise I will start checking in again and get back on track!! ttyl all you SMASHERS!!!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

way to go on getting back on track. Just look at this diet as a lifstyle change & just each day at a time. I just try to focus on that day. It seems to help better. Just approach each day as what can I do today to get me closer with being happy with your body. Keep up the good work. Hope to chat with you soon.
