As predicted yesterday, it is fluctuation time. I gained 800g overnight, and obviously it is not fat. :)

Also, I skipped my swimming yesterday. I hate skipping, but I have had a nasty cold for a while, and I just did not want to get cold from the pool water. I think I am up for swimming again tomorrow (I can only do morning swimming mon, wed and friday).

Today I will get more exercise, tonight is teaching night, and that burns quite a few calories.

Life is good! :)
