So on 8/11/13 I weighed in at 338.6 lbs and I began my own version of the Green Smoothie diet. 5 days a week, I have 3 green smoothies a day (raw fruit, veggies & nuts only) and healthy snacks in between (almonds, prunes, walnuts). After drinking green smoothies all week, I reward myself 2 days out of the week (usually weekends) with healthy meals (salads, lean meats, soups). I weighed in TODAY and I've lost 5.4 lbs in 12 days! I HAVE to keep going. I'm Excited!!
333.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 83.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

awesome effort I am trying mostly raw too as im struggling with food intolerances love to hear what combinations in your green juice.
