I am truly proud of myself, there have been so many times when I could have let a couple of setbacks completely knock my off track within these last few months, but they haven't. I feel like I am finally going to become the workout/weight loss queen that I have always dreamt of being. Working out is no longer something that I have to push myself to do, I just do it. Now don't get me wrong, I still don't like it, but I know it's purpose and that's all I need to keep me going. I think I'll splurge on some wine glasses or a vase or something pretty like that.
228.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
