I made my birthday goal! I am in the 180s. *SMILE*

This week I was down almost 2 pounds. I couldn't be more pleased. My goal for Jan. 1 is to be 188. I will be spending the last week of the year in D.C. and hope to be 188 before I go, and maintain while on vacation.

I have also changed by ultimate goal. I had my final weight goal at 159, but have moved it to 155. That would be a total of 60 pounds to lose. I also moved my final goal date to Aug. 1, 2011 (exactly 1 year from my start date.)

My numbers this week were pretty good I averaged 1700 calories/day last week (and that includes a 3000 calorie day.)

Onward. . .
189.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
