Got into my new jeans. Gained three pounds. Very inactive on the train and sitting in the car two weekends in a row. How am I able to get into the next size smaller? Have to lose the three pounds. Not good:( I am happy for the inches lost:)
200.0 lb Lost so far: 86.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Always a Red Letter day when you get into "smaller" clothes, the scale does not always tell the whole story...:) Good for you. Take care of yourself.

Hi Cindy! It's certainly good news that you were able to get into your new jeans. The gaining of three pounds? Well... that's not so good (lol). However, if you are anything like me, 90% of those three pounds are just water and you will be right back down again in no time at all. Have a great weekend and thanks so much for dropping by! :-)

Good luck finding ways to get more activity in...at least you recognize there's some opportunity there. Hooray for new jeans!!

Thanks ya'll! The tag says that they make you look ten pounds slimmer. I sure do need that Lol. It's supposed to snow most of the night. Guess it will be a long ride to the train tomorrow. I just hope we can still go to church in the morning.
