Woo hoo, I lost 2 pounds this week!! That makes a total of 25 pounds since I started at the end of April!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 February 2009:
1265 kcal Fat: 47.74g | Prot: 58.51g | Carb: 146.23g.   Breakfast: Healthy life, Oscar Mayer, fried egg. Lunch: Healthy Life Reduced Calorie White Bread, Light Original Potato Chips, spicy brown mustard, cracked pepper turkey breast. Dinner: diet coke, Fish Sandwich with Cheese and Spread on Bun. Snacks/Other: Oreo Thin Crisps - 100 Calorie Snack Packs, Hunt's fat free, Splenda, Constant Comment, decaf, bottled water, Lite coffee with non dairy creamer, decaf with non dairy creamer, Tea (Brewed, Decaffeinated). more...
